PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Delivery in Ukraine

Orders are dispatched within 2-6 business days.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta delivery service and paid by the buyer according to the carrier's tariffs.

Delivery options are available:

  • to a Nova Poshta branch
  • to the post office
  • By courier delivery to the address

Payment.

 We offer the following payment methods:

  • Pay by card on the website
  • Full payment to a sole proprietor's card / by requisites
  • Cash on delivery with an advance payment of UAH 200.

Please note!
When paying by cash on delivery, the postal service charges an additional fee.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Exchange

The exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine within 14 days after receipt.

The goods are subject to exchange under the condition:

  • The original packaging is preserved
  • We have an invoice confirming the purchase of goods from us
  • No extraneous odors
  • Not in use
  • Less than 14 days have passed since the parcel was delivered

The cost of delivery during the exchange is paid by the buyer (unless otherwise agreed upon).

A refund is possible in the following cases:

  • the received goods do not correspond to the order
  • existing production defects
  • the goods were damaged during delivery

In case of returning goods of good quality, the buyer pays for the delivery.

In the event of a defect or error on our part, we will bear the cost of delivery.

Refunds are made within 2-5 business days after receiving and checking the goods.

The funds are returned:

  • to a bank card
  • or to a current account

To arrange a return, please contact the support team, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

International delivery

Orders are sent abroad by the Nova Post delivery service.

Delivery time and cost are calculated individually, depending on the recipient's country and carrier's tariffs.

The shipment is made only upon full prepayment.

Please note that exchange and return are not available for international orders.
